The customer will have a maximum period of 15 days after the date of receipt to carry out the return procedure.
The customer has the possibility of canceling his order at no cost as long as the cancellation notice is received before the order is available to the carrier. Otherwise the customer will have to wait to receive the order physically to return it no later than 15 days. The cost and return process will be borne by the client.
The Customer may return any item purchased from Audenis, S.L. provided that the products have not been opened or used and that they have their original seal or packaging.
If a product other than the one requested by the Customer was delivered by mistake of Audenis, S.L., the correct product will be delivered, picking up the first one, at no additional charge to the Customer.
If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, will be replaced by another one in good condition at no extra charge.
The return of the order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued by Audenis S.L.
